Join us for a complimentary one-hour class of gentle yoga suitable for all skill levels, featuring breathwork, intention setting, meditation, and a guided posture series.

*Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle with you. In honor of Memories and Memorial, consider wearing white for a group photo at the end.*

Yoga is recommended by the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the Society of Integrative Oncology as a means to manage coping with your cancer diagnosis. It improves quality of life, reduces inflammatory markers, and is particularly helpful in managing symptoms of depression and anxiety associated with cancer. You’re welcome to bring a loved one, but please make sure they register.
